Your Responsibility
You must be 20 years or older. Any and all information provided by you to Kim Boisvert o/a Dynamic Dating (“Dynamic Dating”) will be true, complete and correct in all aspects, and no material information will be omitted. You will obey all applicable laws and regulations while using Dynamic Dating’s services and while attending Dynamic Dating events.

No Representations / No Relationship Guarantee
Dynamic Dating makes no representation to participants or others that Its efforts or services will result in any “matches”, nor will result in any future meeting or date with other Dynamic Dating participants. Dynamic Dating holds no responsibility whatever for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between you and another individual that you meet as a result of a Dynamic Dating event.

Dynamic Dating makes no warranties or representations as to the conduct of participants or their compatibility with any current or future participants. In no event shall Dynamic Dating be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special, general, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of a participant or anyone else in connection with the use of the Dynamic Dating’s services, including without limitation, emotional distress, bodily injury, and/or any other damages resulting from meetings or communications with participants of Dynamic Dating’s services or persons met through Dynamic Dating’s services. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other participants of the Dynamic Dating’s services, particularly if you decide to meet again after one of Dynamic Dating’s events. You fully and completely understand that Dynamic Dating makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through Dynamic Dating’s services.

For Singles Only & No Background Checks
If you choose to register for an event, you affirm that you are legally single and available and not otherwise “attached”. Persons that are separated, in open relationships, or other partnered situations, are NOT suitable to attend the event. No refunds or credits will be given if you misrepresent yourself as single. However, Dynamic Dating does not scrutinize or otherwise check the validity of, or backgrounds of, any participant of Dynamic Dating events including another participant’s marital status. It is the full, complete and sole responsibility of participants to perform these actions, if desired, to their satisfaction. Dynamic Dating does not conduct background checks of any kind on its registrants or participants.

Errors & Omissions
Dynamic Dating is not responsible nor liable for errors or omissions of any kind including any misinterpretation, error or omission of participant’s information or match results. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic Dating, its officers, directors, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with your attendance at any of Dynamic Dating’s events, any and all of the services that Pre Dynamic Dating provides or claims to provide, as well as communications or meetings that you arrange on your own volition and on your own time with others who have participated in a Dynamic Dating event. Further, you agree not to initiate any claim whatever against Dynamic Dating as a result of any of Dynamic Dating’s services or events and you affirm that you take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.

Right to Exclude
Dynamic Dating reserves the right (but shall not be obligated) to reject a participant’s registration to any Dynamic Dating event for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund participant’s registration fee in full and prevent a participant from participating in any Dynamic Dating event.
